NEW additional service, initially only operating from our Braintree Pro Shop. 

Buy and Pay Online and Collect at our Braintree Pro Shop. 

Simply place your order online and pay online as usual and then our Internet staff will process your order and contact you when it is ready to be collected.

After you have been advised that your order is ready (we will also advise you if there is a problem) your goods will have been packaged; credit card details processed and everything will be ready to be just handed over. When collecting please bring a copy of the email order acknowledgement and additional identification may be required. 

We believe additional service will help those archers who do not want to have to wait in all day for an Internet delivery, are buying a present they do not want somebody to see being delivered or would still like to visit our Pro Shops to try out and get advice on other equipment, but still would like to buy certain items online to benefit from the  aspects of this service, such as price.

This service is run totally separately to the Braintree Pro shop, so goods at Internet prices* cannot be added or changes made to the order upon collection.

Returns and refunds for this service will be processed by our Internet staff (not Pro Shop staff). Your refund or replacement will be processed as per our Online Terms and Conditions (T&C's) with the addition that as you are already in the Pro Shop returned goods can be left there for processing otherwise they will need to be returned as per our normal T&C's.
