Astra Shot Trainer
The best training aid you have is your bow, but most of us do not have the luxury of enough space to shoot at home.
This trainer is worn on the drawing arm and attached to the bow string, it allows you to draw the bow normally and release with or without an arrow as the design and fitted correctly (Instructions supplied) allows the string to go forward a few inches.
The results will soon tell you if you are using your back.correctly.
Conditioning training can be achieved by using the trainer for reversals - basically drawing using your shoulders and holding for a few seconds and repeating as many times as you can with good form - easier to explain but some details. here
FIND THE BIGGEST PART OF

(1) Take a string or tape and measure
around the biggest part of your arm (not
flexing). You are trying to measure the

(4) If <12in. (30cm), you are Size 1.
(5) If >12in. (30cm), you are Size 2.
